Dame Nicola has set high expectations as a true mentor. She is about setting the example and I truly appreciate the personal guidance she has given to me over the years.
She has also taught me the personal business side of leadership. Dame Nicola gets to know her team as people, not just a paycheck! She knows my future goals and what is important to me and my family. She often spends personal time with all of her team members and because of that she has developed “Leaders Building Leaders”. Whenever she gives a training or any event, I am the first to register, because I know I will benefit from it greatly.
