To get to the top you first have to believe you can, the belief that you can will help get you in the right mindset to get to the top. You will then have to take on a persona to become a leader. You don’t want to take on the persona of another because it will not get you to the top, if you were to take on another’s persona you would be in someone else’s shoes and not your own. Make sure you are planning how to get to the top. You will need to know the specifics to plan out how you want to get to the top. You will then need to pursue your plan and make it happen or you will stay where you are in life.
